Benefiting the team ewan guild at seattle Children's hospital
At Pies Against Cancer Seattle we believe 'tis always the season for pies. Late summer berry pies ... early fall apple pies ... late fall holiday pies. We have many talented bakers in our community ... and others who love to eat pies and are willing to donate money to a good cause. Through Thanksgiving, we are bringing the two together. Both parties in our pie match system are donors, or as we think of them, DOUGHnors -- one party is donating ingredients, labor, and time, and the other is donating money (and appetite).
Pie bakers, sign up to bake on one of six Saturdays this fall using our online Pie Baker Sign Up Form. Please fill out one section per different type of pie. Pies must be dropped off at the Mercer Island Presbyterian Church between 2 and 3 pm on the Saturday in question.
Love pie? Check out our available selection then follow these easy steps. Please note: Check back for new pies. If you'd like to be added to an email list for notification when new pies become available, please reach out using our Contact form.
STEP 1: Make a donation of $50 or more to the Team Ewan Guild and receive a thank-you pie! Please make your donation via the Team Ewan Guild page, with the notation PIE (and date and type if you know) in the notes field.
STEP 2: PICK YOUR PIE using our SignUp Genius from available pies and dates. (See note above.)
STEP 3: Pick Up your pie at our Pie Pop Up Location on Mercer Island.
